Week 1 starts with your comprehensive intake and 60-minute kickoff call — we align on your goals, review your health history, and order your functional labs. Week 2, I review your results and build your personalized protocol. Week 3, we meet for your 45-minute protocol delivery call where I walk you through every recommendation and the why behind it.

Weeks 4–9
You execute the plan with full support — we adjust as your body responds.

This is where the real work — and the real transformation — happens. Biweekly calls at weeks 4, 6, and 8 keep us connected and your protocol dialed in. Every week you submit a short check-in and I respond within 24–48 hours. At week 6, we do a mid-program symptom reassessment and celebrate early wins.

We lock in your results and build a plan for life after the program.

Week 10 brings your progress assessment call — we review how far you've come and address any remaining gaps. Week 12 is your graduation call where we celebrate your results, finalize your maintenance protocol, and talk about what's next. You leave with a Going Forward document that keeps you on track long after we wrap.

We troubleshoot together. Most plateaus have a reason — it could be sleep, stress, a nutrient gap, or the need to adjust your protocol. This is exactly what our biweekly calls are for. Nothing goes unaddressed for long, and no question is too small to bring to a session.
A Certified Integrative Health Nurse Coach (CINHC) is a registered nurse with advanced training in integrative and functional health coaching. It combines the clinical foundation of nursing with a whole-person, root-cause approach to wellness — addressing nutrition, hormones, gut health, sleep, stress, and nervous system regulation together rather than in isolation.
Yes — if something comes up between calls, you can message me. I respond within 24–48 business hours Monday through Friday. Messages received over the weekend will be answered Monday. Weekly check-ins are submitted by Sunday evening each week using a short 5-question template.
Yes. At Week 10 we'll discuss options for continuing beyond 3 months, including monthly maintenance coaching or a second program round. You'll also receive a Going Forward document at graduation with a long-term lab schedule and lifestyle anchors to maintain your results independently.
No — health coaching is not a replacement for medical care. Lab results are reviewed in a coaching context to inform lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement conversations. Any concerning findings will always be referred to your physician or a licensed provider. Think of this as a complement to your medical care, not a replacement for it.
